Dressing for the treatment unit.

Short one today! But as someone who is always cold I do plan this.

Going to the treatment unit? You could be sitting in that recliner chair for several hours – so be comfortable. It can get quite cold, to me it’s like dressing to go on a plane (where I’m always freezing).

Keep in mind, if you need a drip it could be anywhere from your hand to your elbow. So you may need to roll up your sleeves.

You’ll probably need to have your blood pressure taken several times (for the treatment I have it’s every 30 minutes) – the cuff can’t read through thick/rigid sleeves, so go for something you can take your arm out of, or a thinner fabric.

Smile and breathe 😊
